Mr K. Shrinath Hebbar hails from the village Kabbinale in Karkala taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka. Born into a family of agriculturists, he spent his childhood in his native village. Following his graduation, he migrated to Mangalore.
After gaining adequate field experience he established Land Trades, his own real estate firm in the year 1992. The firm has seen continuous growth under his leadership. Today he is one of the leading builders and developers of Mangalore.
Mr. Hebbar pioneered the idea of residential layouts in Mangalore and later diversified into commercial buildings and apartment projects. The properties he promotes cater to all segments of society. Mr Hebbar enjoys very good rapport with the NRI community too. His projects are appreciated for their elite location, excellent design, quality construction and wide ranging facilities.
